ConfTool Event Management Conference System
ConfTool is a Web-based conference management system that has been developed to support most administrative tasks of conference, workshop and seminar organizers. It will help the management of events to be easier and much more efficient.
ConfTool integrates the submission/review-process as well as the registration of participants, invoicing and many other tasks.
It has been constantly developed for over 5 years and is technically mature.
Versions
There are 2 different versions of Conftool: Standard and Pro. Standard is for non-commercial events for lesser than 150 participants and Pro is for larger commercial events including multiple tracks.

ConfTool Standard
The standard version of ConfTool is a limited version for smaller non-commercial events organized by academic, non-professionals, and non-regular organizers with voluntary staff only. They must have no more than 150 participants and have moderate fees and student discounts.
If your event is expected to have more than 150 participants, you should consider ConfTool Pro.
To see how ConfTool Standard works, just follow the demo links on the menu and create a user in the system.
To use ConfTool Standard there is license conditions that must be accepted.

Demo
Any combination of languages is possible, the above is only a demonstration.
Languages, currencies, date and number formatting and many other parameters can be configured (the Pro version has full multi-language support).

ConfTool Pro Demo
Please create a new user account to see how papers are submitted and people may register for participation. The registration form is set up in the backoffice. The Pro version is more flexible and also allows to customize the submission form.
To log in as a member of the program committee, please use "johnson" with the password "johnson". Currently all "phases" (bidding, reviewing, discussion...) are activated for demo purposes. For most event that won't be the case.
There are also other user roles like the Conference Chair, the Conference Assistant and the Student Volunteer.
